Sie stehen für Energie und Materie als Ausdruck von Qi.als das Geschehen und die Wechselwirkung von Himmel, Erde Mensch.
Qi ist energetische Schwingung, die sich in sichtbarer Form in Materie und in unsichtbarer Form in mit unserem Auge nicht wahrnehmbaren Phenomenen zeigt.
Wu und You existieren nicht unabhängig von einander, sie beeinflussen einander, gehen wechselseitig in einander über.Sie sind Begriffe die Dao näher definieren.
Dao, Wu und You sind nicht als absolut gedacht.
Sie sind stets als Teil des Ganzen gedacht- in dem alles gegenseitig bedingt ist, von einander abhängig ist, sich gegenseitig beeinflusst..
Dao, Wu und You befinden sich in unaufhörlicher Wandlung , sich stets den Bedingungen anpassend.
Es ist die Interaktion von Wu  und You - die Ausdruck von Dao ist - was allem Form und Funktion gibt.

WU ... nenne ich Anfang von Himmel und Erde
YOU ... nenne ich die Mutter der zehntausend Dinge

In Dadejing 1, ddj2, ddj11 we find the terms wu2 and you3. They describe energy and matter as expression of Qi , describing the action and interaction of heaven, earth and human being.
Qi is seen as an energetical swing, which can be seen as viewable matter and which also exist in a non-viewable way of phenomena.
Wu and You don't exist independent from each other, they influence each other.
They are terms which define Dao  in a more precise way.
Dao, Wu and You are not thought as absolute.
They are always thought as part of the Whole- where everything is dependent on each other, influences each other...
Dao, Wu and You exist in non-ending change, adapting to the conditions always.
It is the interaction of Wu and You - being an expression of Dao - which gives shape and function to everything..
