Terms and Conditions
In case you rent the flat for more than one week, we will conclude a lease. For less than one week a lease can be concluded if the tenant wishes. The rent has to be paid in advance for the entire stay when keys are handed over. If a permanent tenancy is concluded (from 2 months), there will be a monthly payment of the rent.
Payment by cash (USD, DEM or SUR) will be conducted according to the current exchange rate.
The tenant commits himself or herself to treat the complete furnishings and equipment of the flat with care. If the rented rooms or their equipment are damaged by the tenant, he or she has to pay compensation.
Keeping of pets is not permitted.
I would like to ask the tenants not to smoke in the apartment.
