The flat is situated in a safe district in the historical centre of Saint Petersburg at the corner of Sadovaya Street and Voznesensky Prospect. Concerning public transportation, the location is ideal (seven minutes walk to metrostation "Sennaya ploshad", tram at the next corner), for your private car there’s a parking lot available in the backyard.
In spite of its central location near the heart of the city, the apartment is very quiet since the apartment’s windows look out on the backyard.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a town house built in the late 1800s. In December 2000 the apartment has been completely renovated and modernized.
The flat measures about 50 square metres; it consists of a large bedroom, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom including shower and it is fully and tastefully furnished. If you don’t want to go out for dinner you can cater for yourself in the fully-equipped kitchen.

If you stay for a longer period I change towels weekly and bedlinen fortnightly.
